How Can Children Get Started with Programming?
From a serious perspective, I think this question can be understood as the anxiety and unease of parents who know nothing about the world of programming and are worried about their children’s future. Framed this way, the logic is self-consistent: on the one hand, as outsiders, parents feel the pressure and opportunities brought by information technology and hope their children can secure a place in the future world; on the other hand, because they know nothing about the world of programmers, they feel lost and stressed, unsure where to begin, when their children should start learning, what they should learn, and how they should learn it. This article offers some references and suggestions from these three angles, in the hope of giving anxious parents a useful starting point.
