[Answer] What Ridiculous Things Have You Done While Drunk?

Back when I drank too much, the biggest problem was that I would start making phone calls. I’d very seriously talk to the unsuspecting person on the other end about work and discuss all sorts of business. Then I’d go back, sleep it off, and wake up remembering absolutely nothing.

The worst incident was when I very confidently made an appointment with my boss for a 9 a.m. catch-up meeting the next morning. When the time came, I was still at home fast asleep. My boss called, and I answered in a completely bewildered state, with no idea such a meeting had even been arranged...

After that, my habit of making phone calls while drunk became common knowledge among everyone.

And after that, I started drinking much less. Other than the occasional unavoidable social obligation, I don’t touch alcohol at all. Drinking causes trouble and harms your health. Even if you can hold a huge amount of liquor, there’s really no benefit to it—you’re just able to absorb more alcohol.

So let this be my advice to all readers: smoking and drinking do no good. If you can avoid them, avoid them.
