[Answer] What Are the Main Tasks of Website Administration and Maintenance?

1. Website Login

Log in to the website admin dashboard, for example: https://www.wesinx.com/admin .

2. Article Publishing

The article publishing process is shown below:

• Click the button next to Regular Article to create a new regular article;
• Enter the article title. The title should be concise, clear, and focused. For example, product introduction documents may use titles such as "Portable Test Load Device Product Introduction" or "Introduction to Smart Power IoT Platform Functions." News articles may use titles such as "Our Company’s Project Successfully Passed User Acceptance" or "Our Company Successfully Won the Bid for a Certain Enterprise Project";
• The Tag field is very important for article promotion, as it contains the keywords used by search engines when crawling the article. Tags should be separated by English commas (,). To improve search engine indexing efficiency, tags should preferably be selected from the following: switching electrical appliances, electrical testing, temperature rise test equipment, electrical life test equipment, mechanical life test equipment, smart energy, smart power, smart photovoltaics, smart operation and maintenance, Internet of Things, industrial internet, testing and inspection, etc.;
• Select an appropriate publishing category. Product introduction articles should be published under the appropriate subcategory based on product type. News articles should be published under Industry News or Company News depending on the situation. Other technical articles should be categorized in a similar way;
• If the content is long and needs to be divided into sections, adjust the subheading styles, fonts, and related formatting accordingly;
• Upload images. Image uploads should follow the Image Upload Procedure (hold Ctrl and click the left mouse button on the link to view the animated guide). The widths of images within the same article should be adjusted consistently.

Please note that the website will, by default, use the first image in the article as the thumbnail on the article homepage. Therefore, the first image should effectively represent the content of the article. If a different thumbnail is needed, you can upload one locally using the Thumbnail option at the top of the article editor.

3. Managing Published Articles

If you need to manage or edit published articles, you can view the list of published documents under My Published Documents (1) in the left sidebar, or find them under the corresponding category on the website homepage. Click the button on the right (2) to edit attributes or content, or to preview the article.

By clicking a newly published article on the website homepage, you can view how the article appears. The permanent link address of the article can be seen in the browser address bar. When publishing the same content on a WeChat Official Account or other platforms, you can insert this address into the Original Article Link field to drive traffic back to the website.

4. Viewing Website Messages

The company website has an online message function. Click Custom Forms (1) in the lower-left corner, then click Online Messages (2) to view the latest message list. For recorded valid or invalid messages, you may select them, delete them, and submit the changes.
