"Easy" is hard to define. From the perspective of getting started quickly, C# is relatively easy to pick up, and by following tutorials you can make something fairly quickly. But in terms of versatility and broad use, Python is of course more worth recommending. That said, in my personal opinion, its learning curve is a bit steeper than C#.
