Personally, I think C plus Python is basically enough. The former is used more on the embedded development side. Since the vast majority of embedded systems only support C, and performance also needs to be considered, C is the most suitable choice for the embedded portion. Aside from that part, Python can handle most things quite well. So C plus Python is a fairly optimized combination, although there are, of course, other options as well.
The first option is that if you have enough people on the team, you can use different languages for embedded systems, algorithms, and network architecture. That way, each part can use the language best suited to it, with more specialization and potentially better results.
Another approach is the opposite extreme: there are now some solutions that support developing everything entirely in Python. In that case, a small team can standardize on a single language, which lowers costs and can also improve development efficiency.
