[Answer] Any recommendations for Windows 10 apps that make full use of a touchscreen?

I recommend Microsoft's official app, Microsoft Journal. It makes excellent use of the touchscreen (and stylus) and really helps you get the most value out of a touch-enabled device. It is especially convenient for note-taking and similar tasks. Its main features include:

• Quick erase: Scribble over handwritten text with the pen to erase it.
• Lasso selection: Draw a circle around text or content to select it.
• Finger selection and movement: Use your finger to select and move the chosen content.
• Star important points: This is one of my favorite features. Draw a five-pointed star or an asterisk next to your notes to mark key points directly, and they can also be indexed in the outline. This matches how we naturally use notebooks in everyday life.
• Underline to create headings: Another feature I really like. Draw a line under text and it can automatically turn into a heading.
• Automatic list creation: Add a dot or number before an item to automatically create a list.

There is also one final feature that I do not use very often: if your team is also using Windows products, you can directly @mention them in your notes.
