In my personal view, if you can be careful, it’s better to be careful.

But if you did something before realizing you were pregnant, try not to worry about it too much.

In our case, during the early stage of pregnancy—before we knew about it—we took fever medicine, rode horses, flew in a helicopter, and even went diving. We spent the whole pregnancy feeling anxious, but thankfully the child was born healthy and lively.
