In practice in China, many small and medium-sized projects are completed by one person, or at least carried out primarily by one person, while other teammates mainly play a supporting role. However, from a software engineering perspective, this way of dividing the work is largely due to the absence of an overall system architecture, the lack of unified planning, and the inability to organize the work in a modular way.
